SHIPPING

All orders will ship within 3 days of order being placed via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please note that if you order an item from our Pre Order Collection, your shipment will not go out until items are in stock, usually 4 to 6 weeks.

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase!
Unused, unworn items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

All returns must be approved by customerservice@maumaulux.com prior to shipping a return.
Email customerservice@maumaulux.com to authorize a return. Please include your original invoice and keep record of tracking information. A credit will be issued as quickly as possible upon receipt of your return. Credit may take 3-5 business days to process or more depending on your bank.

• Items must be returned in unused and undamaged condition.
• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
